General Terms and Conditions - AdriatiCON 2025 | 4.11.2025 | Ljubljana


The General Terms and Conditions apply to the organisation of the AdriatiCON 2025 conference (hereinafter referred to as the Event), which will take place on 4 November 2025, in Ljubljana.


The Event is organised by Agilcon d.o.o., Letališka cesta 32, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Organiser). Salesforce Ireland is a sponsor of this Event.

These General Terms and Conditions outline the rights and obligations of participants and the Organiser regarding registration, participation, cancellation, and execution of the Event.

 


1) Registration, cancellation, and payment terms

This section covers conditions of registration and cancellation, participation fees, methods of payment, and the use of discounts or special benefits.


1.1) Registration and cancellation
  Registration for the Event is possible through the online form on the Event website. Registration is confirmed once the participant receives an e-ticket from the organiser. Confirmation of receipt of registration does not constitute automatic confirmation of participation.


Cancellations must be sent to marketing@agilcon.com.

  • Free cancellation without stating a reason is possible up to 3 working days before the Event.
  • For cancellations made 2 working days before the Event, administrative costs in the amount of 30% of the fee will be charged.
  • From the day before the Event onwards, cancellation is no longer possible and the full fee will be charged.


Non-payment of the pro forma invoice does not constitute automatic cancellation, nor does non-attendance at the Event. In these cases, the full participation fee will be charged.

If the registered person cannot attend, the registrant may substitute another participant at no additional cost.


1.2) Participation fee and payment method
   The participation fee and its inclusions are published on the Event website. Based on registration, the Organiser issues a pro forma invoice, which must be settled within the prescribed deadline. The final invoice is issued no later than one week after the Event. In case of delayed payment, the Organiser reserves the right to charge statutory default interest.


If the registrant requires the invoice to include internal references, purchase order numbers, or other specific identifiers, this must be specified at the time of registration.

 


2) Event program and materials

The Organiser guarantees the execution of the published program but reserves the right to partial content changes if necessary to ensure the quality of the Event.

Sessions will be conducted in English, without Slovenian translation. Any deviations will be clearly indicated in the Event schedule.

All materials and presentations used during the Event are the intellectual property of the speakers. They are intended exclusively for personal use by participants and may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly used without the authors’ written consent.

 


3) Photography and recording

The Organiser reserves the right to photograph, film, and audio record the Event and to use such materials for promotional purposes. Written notice of recording and photography will be displayed at the Event location. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. (ADD LINK)

 


4) Accommodation and parking during the Event

Accommodation is not included in the participation fee and must be arranged by participants themselves. The Organiser may provide access to special accommodation offers via a link on the Event website.


Participants are also responsible for arranging their own parking at the Event venue. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for it.


The Organiser is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to participants’ personal belongings during the Event.

 


5) Notifications and newsletters

By registering, the participant agrees to receive updates about the Organiser’s offers. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by submitting a written request. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. (ADD LINK)

 


6) Change of date or location

The Organiser reserves the right to change the date or location of the Event for objective reasons or due to force majeure. The location may be changed by up to 15 km from the originally planned venue.

 


7) Event cancellation

The Organiser may cancel the Event for objective reasons or due to force majeure. In such cases, registered participants will be notified of the cancellation at least two working days prior to the Event by email or telephone.

All payments already received will be refunded in full.

 


8) Dispute resolution

For any disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions or participation in the Event, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
