Hrvoje Supić

Area Vice President, CEE - Salesforce

Hrvoje is acting as Area Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe in Salesforce and is in charge of the entire commercial operation for this region.



He has gained extensive experience in IT business in by working for IBM and Oracle for over 15 years. He started his career in early days of Internet and was engaged in a number of projects covering practically every aspect of IT. He joined Salesforce in 2014 and has developed the Central and Eastern Europe sales teams; first ESMB, then CBU and EBU. Within Salesforce he is promoting and helping clients and partners to embrace the new business models that are being enabled by the Cloud. He is passionate about possibilities and opportunities that Salesforce powerful customer platform has enabled.

Jure Kapetan

CEO - Merkur

Jure Kapetan is the CEO of Merkur trgovina, d.o.o. Before being named CEO in April 2022, Jure was the Co-CEO of Engrotuš and was responsible for its grocery retail store network, purchasing, wholesale operations, drugstores, finance, and accounting.

 

Prior to switching to the retail industry, Jure spent 17 years in the life sciences industry. He spent 12 years with Krka, most recently as managing director of its German subsidiary. He later moved to Eurofins where he worked as managing director of Eurofins’ biopharma product testing business in the DACH region from 2015-2020.

 

Jure earned an MBA from INSEAD and a BA degree in Economics from University of Ljubljana.

Mitka Avramova

Regional Vice President Sales, CEE - Salesforce

Mitka is an experienced manager and has lead large sales organizations in international companies such as IBM and Oracle. She joined Salesforce as a Regional Vice President for Sales in Easter Europe. She works with partners on market development and promoting Salesforce solutions which has resulted in great interest for Salesforce solutions in this region.

Piotr Lobaczewski

Senior Director - Salesforce

Piotr Lobaczewski is a seasoned leader in Salesforce solutions encompassing Data, Marketing, Personalization, and Loyalty. His extensive track record of collaboration spans numerous Western European companies, primarily in the UK, as well as global clients. He has honed his expertise through previous roles at esteemed organizations such as Adobe and Microsoft. His client roster boasts illustrious names, including Amazon, Nike, John Lewis, Tesco, Moneysupermarket.com, Confused.com, Legal & General, as well as prominent media conglomerates like IPG, WPP, and Dentsu. Presently, he is fervently contributing to Salesforce's accomplishments in the CEE region, assisting businesses in their transformation of consumer engagement to align with the demands of the AI and Data-driven landscape.

Marko Perme

CEO - Agilcon

Marko is the Co-founder of Agilcon. His entrepreneurial story began 12 years ago, after a successful engineering career in some of the largest IT companies in the region. Katja Matić

Human Resources Director - Adria Dental Group

Katja Matić is Adria Dental Group’s Human Resources Director, with 25 years of experience working in various industries and areas of business. She began her career in marketing, then transitioned into logistics, where she spent 12 years. At the start of 2011, she came to the field of HR, where she participated in recruiting and developing talent as well as employer branding in a leading international cosmetics company. Before joining Adria Dental Group, she worked in leadership positions in human resources in telecommunications and IT firms. She graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Zagreb’s School of Economics and bolstered her managerial skills in 2016 with an Executive MBA from the Cotrugli School of Business. She became a certified executive coach in 2021, a title she received upon completing the Practitioner diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).

Peter Horvat

Director of Strategic Projects - Merkur

Peter is Director of Strategic Projects at Merkur. In this role, he is responsible for proposing, planning, and overseeing companywide developmental projects chiefly in the field of digital transformation. He has been with Merkur since 2014. During his career at Merkur he has worked as a B2B Analyst, Project Manager in Category Management, Category Manager in charge of Garden and Outdoors, and most recently as Director of Category Management.

Krešimir Mudrovčić

Board Member - CROZ

Krešimir Mudrovčić, board member at CROZ, responsible for business development, sales, and marketing. From the beginning of his professional career, he focused CROZ's market strategy on critical IT systems. He began his career as a mainframe system engineer, and through project management, he moved closer and closer to sales. Yes, (even) engineers can sell.



Krešo is a cycling enthusiast, including daily commuting, recreational rides, and the occasional randonneuring.

Jadranka Čulo Petrovčić

HR Manager for Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia&Herzegovina and Serbia - JYSK

Jadranka Čulo Petrovčić is HR Manager for JYSK Slovenia, Croatia, Bosni&Herzegovina and Serbia since 2017. Graduated on University of Zagreb, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Psychology.


First steps as HR Manager she made in Mercator Croatia and as part of Mercator Group had opportunity to cooperate and share knowledge with colleagues in region. After 25 years in HR she still goes to work with smile on her face.

Nikola Zubalj is an expert in marketing automation with more than ten years of experience in the industry. He devoted the last five years of his career to work at the world-renowned company Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he works as one of the leading experts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). During his time at Teva, Nikola participated in a number of successful SFMC platform launch projects in markets around the world, performing various roles - from campaign specialist, business analyst, project manager to team leader.

Nenad Vukušić

Founder - Copyraonica

Nenad Vukušić has been writing copy since the end of the last century.
He specializes in human-computer interaction and user experience but has been known to write occasional slogans or invent brand names.

Long ago, he wrote 2 Fanta commercials, which sold to 9 markets in the EMEA region. His writing for Kolektiva made Croats start buying things online and grew their email list and social accounts to 300,000 followers. With the Studio UP architects and designer Damir Gamulin, he won the Croatian Design Society Grand Prix for the Amarin Hotel's wayfinding and spatial graphics system.

Together with Nebojša Grbačić, he founded Copyraonica, a one-day education for copywriters, that had well over 1000 students in the last decade. He trains internal content teams of banks, insurance companies, IT companies, and start-ups and was a mentor at the UX writing hub. His mentees work at eBay and other Silicon Valley companies.

Branko has over 15 years of professional sales experience. He started as a key account manager, building his sales skills, before moving on to sales management positions and becoming Director for Corporate Sales in A1, Croatia. He is co-founder and managing director of Agilcon in Croatia and is working with clients on implementing Salesforce solutions which transform and improve their businesses.
