He pays special attention to the identification of sales opportunities using personalized approaches and customer segmentation, which enables companies to target and communicate more efficiently and in a targeted manner. His contribution at Merkur was key as he took a leading role in the digital transformation of the CRM platform, which enabled the company to better understand customer needs and consequently improve sales results.

Dejan Bučić brings over 18 years of experience in retail and currently leads the B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales segment as the Executive Director at Petrol Group. His career began in 2006 as a sales associate, where he developed a strong foundation in retail and customer relations. From 2007 to 2011, he handled managerial duties at petrol stations, then in 2012, he advanced to become regional sales manager. His professional journey continued as a specialist, and from 2019 his role in Petrol was Head of Retail Business and Services organization. After successfully concluding her sports career (as a Slovenian national basketball team member and captain of the national champions) and studying economics, found herself in marketing waters more by chance than by plan. She spent over a decade at the AV Studio agency, advancing from project managers' assistant to director and procurator of one of the largest Slovenian marketing agencies. In 2017, she became the Director of Marketing Communications at Gorenje. A year later, following the Hisense takeover, she became responsible for marketing across all of Europe and the Deputy Marketing Director of Hisense International. Today, she leads the marketing team at Hisense Europe, which oversees the management of the Hisense and Gorenje brands in 30 European markets.
Sports sponsorships are a key activity for building brand awareness and reputation for both Hisense and Gorenje.
